The special meeting of shareholders to dissolve the current board of directors and elect a new one is scheduled for Thursday 12 March 2026 at 6:30 pm EDT on the upper deck garden. The notice of meeting and proxy form are available on the NaBors Apartments website.

Proxy

We encourage all shareholders in support of our campaign to designate our NaBors United candidate Greg Billig as their proxy (or else make arrangements with another NaBors United candidate you may know to be your proxy). If you attend the meeting in person, your proxy will simply be voided and your in‑person ballot will be counted instead. Proxy FAQs.

Voting guidance

NaBors United recommends that shareholders allocate approximately 90% of votes to our five candidates, with the remaining votes distributed among up to four incumbent candidates selected from the following list:
